Users are having difficulty accessing their online friends list, account administration tabs, the PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, and even gameplay, according to Sony's PlayStation Network page.

The page says the outage occurred at 7 p.m. ET, and they are "working to resolve the issue as soon as possible."

The difficulties will continue to affect everyone using PlayStation Network on PS Vita, PS3, PS4, PS5, or the web.

Those on console may notice an error code reading "PlayStation Network is currently undergoing maintenance (WS-37432-9)" flash up on their screen. Users have just two options: reject the notification or seek PlayStation's website for help.

There is no more information available at this time.
